Payment: Payment is due in full at the completion of the move. We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks. A deposit may be required for large or complex moves.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your move, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability: We take every precaution to ensure that your belongings are transported safely and securely. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the move, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Delays: We will make every effort to arrive at your location on time and complete the move within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may cause delays.

Additional services: Additional services such as packing, unpacking, or storage may be available at an additional cost. Please let us know if you require these services.
